Curbside Pick-up

We do offer curtside pick-up as a checkout option.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within Orléans and Ottawa Est for all order over $20. This shipping option will be available subject to your shipping postal code at time of check-out. Local Delivery times generally are coordinated via text.

Shipping

Currently Moon Sun Etc. ships within Canada, but can offer internationnal shipping. Our shipping rates cover the majority of items included within our online store, we do reserve the right to cancel or offer alternative shipment charges for oversized or heavy packages. You will always be informed before any additional charges are levied.

Free Canada Post Shipping, Canada Wide, on Orders Over $50.00 (before tax)

Every effort is made to deliver products to the Post Office within 72 hours of order being placed. To ensure speedy delivery, Moon Sun Etc. ships using Canada Post Expedited. 

Shipping costs for Canada wide shipping on orders under $50 are calculated at check out.  Orders over $50 (before tax) will be shipped free of charge.

International Orders
The customer is responsible for any fees, duties and/or taxes incurred crossing international borders.

Moon Sun Etc. cannot guarantee Canada Post Delivery times, but if you are experiencing delays, reach out to us, and we will be happy to investigate on your behalf.
